what is one pound design?

"What makes your story different than everyone else's?"

one pound design is a labor of love for Leslie Leffke Brians - a designer who adores all things colorful, symbolic, beautiful and practical!  Here is the
one pound design story:

Fresh out of receiving her Master's Degree in Architecture in May 2009, Leslie Brians set out to plan her September wedding.  Detail-oriented by nature, Leslie knew exactly the feel she wanted her invitations to convey to her guests, but couldn't find something unique enough to fit her tastes at an affordable price point.  Using the basics of design she learned from her studies, Leslie set out to create her perfect invitation suite without busting her budget.  The result was exactly what she wanted -- and Leslie found that she absolutely loved the process of designing affordable, as well as gorgeous paper goods and graphics.   A new Army wife, Leslie also realized that this was also a passion she could take with her, whether in New Orleans, or on the other side of the world.  Thus one pound design was born.

Although some pre-created designs are available, one pound design specializes in completely custom paper goods creation - We want to know what makes your story different than everyone else's?  Our goal is to reflect that in all of our designs - whether it is your save the dates, business logo, party invitations, or baby shower invitations.  You are unique and the paper goods you use during your life's story should reflect that.

Please contact one pound design if you would like to collaborate to create a invitation or stationery suite that will meet and reflect your unique needs for an affordable price.   Also, if you're looking for a unique twist on tradition - one pound design provides only custom designs to our clients and relishes in the joy of working creatively.  No carbon copy monograms or invitations here!
